The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn, although it was noted to have some security concerns. I had a perfectly quiet rest in a clean and new room with backyard windows, although the check-in was delayed until 3:00 pm, and the hotel is situated on a busy street. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful despite minimum English knowledge. The location is superb, close to the center and offering great food and shopping options. The dining experience was brilliant with a huge variety of food choices. The hotel facilities were top-notch.
